Reminder: Grad Fees are due by February 27, 2026. Please complete payment of fees if not already done so through your myCBE account in PowerSchool. Graduation Ceremony fees are inclusive of Grad Gown rental, Graduation Certificate with folder, and Cap with tassels (yours to keep), as well as costs associated with the facility rental. Ceremony Information

Tickets for Ceremony and Banquet. There will be an initial limit of 3 free guest tickets per graduate, with the potential of more available once we do our initial round of ticketing and see how many tickets were claimed (Grads do NOT require a ticket). Ceremony tickets are complimentary, but you must have one to attend the ceremony. Students will need to be at the staging area at 8:15am.
- Round 1 - April 6-17 (3 tickets initially)
- Round 2 - April 20--27 (additional remaining tickets)

Graduation Portraits

Any graduating students who missed or did not get their Grad Photo taken at Centennial can book an appointment to have them done at LifeTouch Studios

***Please note: February 13 is the hard deadline for students to be photographed to have their Grad photo in the Centennial yearbook

Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal / Grad Gown Pickup

Thursday, May 7 (Block 4, Period 3 - 2:11pm - 3:35pm) - Grad Gowns will be picked up at the end of the Grad Rehearsal.

Students will receive their gowns, v-stoles and their caps at this time. It is imperative that students bring their gowns, v-stoles and caps to the ceremony itself on Friday, May 15. The caps are yours to keep, everything else MUST BE RETURNED or there will be a $100 charge for unreturned gowns/v stols.

It is very important that all graduands participating in the ceremony be at the rehearsal (in our gym) to learn the procedures for the processional/recessional, as well as any last minute details.

Banquet Tickets

In order to attend the Banquet, ALL school fees must be paid in full by February 27. A “Hold” will be placed on purchasing banquet tickets for the student until all fees have been paid. You will not be able to access the ticketing platform.

This year we will be moving to a different purchasing system for banquet tickets using TipToe. This will be the same system you will access to request Ceremony tickets. Ticket cost: $110.00 + GST per banquet ticket and are non-refundable. Table seats parties of a maximum of 10 people. Once seats have been chosen by you, you will not be able to change them.

First Round: Monday, April 6 at 5 pm closing Friday April 17 at 11:59 pm. The first eight tickets (grad + seven additional guests) You will not be able to order a ticket after the first round if all tickets have been sold.

Second Round: If there are any remaining tickets to the banquet remaining the system will reopen on Monday April 20 at 5:00pm closing Friday April 24 at 11:59pm.

*****NO tickets will be available for purchase beyond these dates. Please make sure you watch for these dates and have everything prepared ahead of time.

Baby Photo Slideshow

A slideshow of baby pictures of the Class of 2026 will be created and made available to view on the monitors around the school.

It is easy to participate. Here’s how:

FIRST, find a baby photo. ✔ Option 1: For Digital photos ● Go to the D2L site "Grad 2026 Baby Photos" (students must do this as parents/guardians do not have access to student D2L sites) ● Open the link to the Google Forms and fill out the form entirely ● Upload the chosen baby photo using the following file format name: last name_first name_student ID_babyphoto (Eg: smith_jane_12345_babyphoto) OR ✔ Option 2: Scan and email digital copy of a hard copy photo

● Email a copy of the baby photo to Ms. Ruault at laruault@cbe.ab.ca with photo file name as: last name_first name_ student ID_babyphoto ● Please put [student’s full name baby photo] in the Subject Line Photos must be submitted by Friday, May 1, 2026 in order to be in the slideshow.

*** Please be reminded that grade 12 students will lose access to their CBE Google accounts when they leave the CBE and email accounts will be deleted. Before the last day of school students need to save any files and emails they want to keep on personal emails or files.
